$120,000 – $150,000
+ Northern Living Allowance

The Executive Director provides strategic, cultural, and operational leadership to advance the work of Tukisigiarvik. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Director oversees organizational sustainability, staff leadership, advocacy, fundraising, and community impact.

• Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations

• Oversee cultural programming and community outreach

• Lead fundraising, grant writing, and advocacy

• Build partnerships with Inuit organizations, government, and donors

• Support strategic planning and Board governance

Qualified applicants must have lived experience in Inuit culture.

 

Priority will be given to Beneficiaries of the Nunavut Land Claim, fluent in Inuktitut. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
