About the Role
PROGRAM COORDINATORS
Iqaluit, Nunavut
$35,000 – $50,000
Program Coordinators lead the organization’s cultural programming, including on-the-land and cultural skills programs. Coordinators develop programming, recruit and support program leads, conduct evaluations, and build community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead on-the-land and cultural skills programs
• Develop programming and recruit program leads
• Coordinate and support program leads and contractors
• Conduct program evaluations and gather feedback
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must be Beneficiaries of the Nunavut Land Claim and fluent in Inuktitut.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience developing programming and/or recruiting, supporting and coordinating employees or subcontractors.
